Norris J. Chumley, Ph.D

A distinguished Emmy Award-winning producer, director, author, and scholar whose groundbreaking work has touched millions worldwide. Renowned for projects such as “Mysteries of the Jesus Prayer” (film and book) and PBS’s “Getting the Love You Want” with Oprah Winfrey, his contributions span film, television, publishing, and academia.  A former professor at NYU and Union Theological Seminary, Dr. Chumley has also collaborated with NPR on “Rethinking Religion” and created pioneering works in media, including “The Joy of Weight Loss” and “Big Body Yoga.” With a career that began in media innovation at the age of 9, he has been at the forefront of transformative storytelling and cultural engagement. A devoted Greek Orthodox Christian, he is an esteemed member of leading professional organizations and has held influential leadership roles on prominent arts and philanthropic boards.

Rev. Dr. Andrew Cuneo Rector 

Fr. Andrew Cuneo, D.Phil., is the founding priest of St. Katherine Orthodox Church in Encinitas, California. A scholar and educator, he earned his doctorate in English at the University of Oxford, becoming the first to complete a D.Phil. on C.S. Lewis. Before his theological training at St. Vladimir’s Seminary, Fr. Andrew taught English Literature at Hillsdale College and later at St. Katherine College. He resides in Encinitas with his wife, Elizabeth, and their four children.

Elizabeth H. Prodromou. Ph.D.

Dr. Elizabeth H. Prodromou is a Visiting Professor in the International Studies Program at Boston College and an expert on geopolitics, religion, and human rights, with a focus on the Eastern Mediterranean and Middle East. She served on the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (2004-2012) and the U.S. Secretary of State’s Religion & Foreign Policy Working Group (2011-2015). A widely published scholar and co-editor of two volumes on Orthodox Christianity, she advises organizations such as the Atlantic Council and Religions for Peace. A delegate to the Ecumenical Patriarchate at the Holy and Great Council in 2016, her research explores religious soft power and cultural heritage policy. Dr. Prodromou holds a Ph.D. in political science from MIT and degrees from Tufts University.

Dr. Nikolaos F. Dimitriadis

Dr. Nikolaos F. Dimitriadis is a professor, consultant, and interdisciplinary scholar specializing in world religions, ethics, and sustainability. He serves as President of the Center of Ecumenical, Missiological, and Environmental Studies (CEMES), National contact of Globethics.net in Geneva and teaches at the American College of Thessaloniki. His work bridges interfaith dialogue, ethical leadership, and cultural heritage, with a growing focus on spiritual intelligence and ecological transformation.

He holds a Ph.D. in Religious Studies, an M.Phil. in Theology, an MBA, and most recently earned a Master’s in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a concentration in Cultural Heritage and Sustainability. In recognition of his impactful teaching and student-centered approach, he was honored with the 2025 Teaching Excellence Award by the American College of Thessaloniki. He is a musician and a composer.
